The Initial Appointment
If during our discussion we think we can help and value add to your situation the next step is our initial appointment.
This is your chance to meet your financial planner one on one, discuss your financial information, your financial goals, and what you can expect from us as your financial advisers.
After this meeting we will send you a Client Agreement to be signed. This spells out how we will work with you and the costs. You can take your time to read through the document, understand our services and the cost, and ask us any questions.
The Onboarding Process
Once the agreement is signed the work begins.
Your financial adviser begins the process of creating your financial plan. This takes into account your life stage, your financial situation, and the goals you discussed in the initial appointment.
All of our advice is individually tailored to each client, your plan will be uniquely yours, and therefore must be customised from start to finish. Given the broad range of areas we cover in our advice, our financial plan is a comprehensive and detailed document.

The Financial Plan
Once the plan is ready we set up another appointment with you. Your financial adviser will present the plan to you, being sure to provide comprehensive explanations on the recommendations within and why they were selected.
At this stage you can ask any questions you have of your planner. Our policy is to ensure that you have as thorough an understanding of your finances as you would like. This keeps you firmly in the loop of your money, and often we find this reduces financial stress. The better your understanding of the choices in the plan the easier the implementation steps will be.
Our clients are often with us long term so this likely will not be the last Tupicoffs financial plan presented to you. Feel free to take notes, provide feedback, and ensure your complete understanding of the plan. It is of course also yours for the taking, however it is important to remember that they do not remain current/relevant indefinitely.
The Implementation Stage
After we have explained and agreed on a course of action, we begin implementation.
Implementation looks different for every client depending on their areas of concern. We will work with you to implement the plan, whether it involves an investment portfolio, insurance recommendations, or a Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) we are there every step of the way.
Our team of planners, paraplanners, and client service managers all work to make this process as stress free as possible for you.
Our advice is ongoing. Once your plan is implemented we will revise elements as you meet your goals. If for any reason your goals change, or you have any concerns about changes to the financial landscape we can adjust your strategy accordingly.

Tupicoffs prides itself on our long term relationships with our clients. We have the knowledge and expertise to advise you through all of life’s different stages. We enjoy working with our clients as they reach their goals and helping them set new ones.
We continue to see our clients multiple times a year and we provide them ongoing advice adapted to their changing circumstances.
