We know more and more that people are at risk online. The digital landscape isn’t without risk and this means that we must evolve our security practices as the risk evolves.

In particular, there is access to a massive amount of private and confidential information in people's email inboxes. This is only compounded when your financial information is being delivered to you by email. We take our clients' data security very seriously and we do everything we can to ensure your information, and your money, is protected. As much as we can do for security, that only works, if data is protected at the client end as well.

Because of this we are looking at moving away from emailing confidential information going forwards. As a solution to this that keeps you as informed, if not more so that before, we have developed our Client Portal. The portal is secure, and has Two-Factor Authentication enabled at all times. It is available on android and apple devices, phones and tablets, and of course on the computer.

The Client Portal aims to protect your data at both ends and prevent any loss of information due to cybercrime.

The portal isn’t just about security though, it shows you running balances, individual investments, investment reports and documentation, and allows for digital signatures. It gathers all your information in one place, giving you a clear overview of your financial position.

We will be assisting clients with the setup process and are always available to answer any questions and help however we can. There is of course no cost to our clients for the Client Portal in setup or running.
